Word of warning don’t do split coupling, most companies will ban you if you caught doing it.

Culina actually encourage you to do it.
Why would a company ban you anyway?
Bizzare.

Nothing wrong with split coupling provided you do it properly. Those who hurt or kill themselves whilst doing it are probably doing humanity a favour by removing themselves from the gene pool. Harsh maybe but as long as we keep breeding stupidity we’ll never evolve.

Worked here about 8 years ago and only lasted a few months.
You were salaried and expected to max hours, split coupling is the norm for Culina, I was a pm driver and did mostly cross dock loads to another depot ie Market Drayton, stafford, Bristol, and pick up a return load for a supermarket RDC, 2 to 3 nights out a week with a different unit each time so you have to cart your gear around with you, easy work but with the salary and the hours you put in you end up working for a pittance, 8 years ago so may be completely different now but I wouldnt hold my breath.
