What’s so difficult about HGV driving to warrant the Dcpc? It’s a revenue raiser or a job for a trainer who is normally a failed driver! 
Are you all aware that these courses are funded by taxpayers in Scotland Wales and NI? What happened to the funding in England then? Are we very well paid compared to these regions?
