It’s your responsibility to do your dcpc if you want to drive hgv’s or pcv’s for a living so as far as I’m concerned if your employer is willing to pay for it regardless of whether they pay you for being there or not is a bonus

I know it’s ■■■■ difficult to predict, but if you think you might be leaving in the next few months, and will have to pay it back, dont accept unless its very cheap. Shop around for local rates and youll probably get a better deal from a local trainer.
