Mod 4 can be done any time after passing cpc theory mod 2
Mod 4 these days is usually done by a LGV instructor not an examiner and not the instructor that teaches you mod 4

No - you contact a LGV training school
Going off your other posts it seems the school you chose have omitted giving you much information at all - training hours, ratio, Driver CPC Mod4.
