I will be sitting my exam after my two week intensive course down south. It says study notes are permissible in the case study exam. Does that include the cpc study manual as well?

Yes it does
wow sounds lot easier now only a calculator when I did mine , only 3 out of 8 people on my course passed and they were lot brighter than me (but not wagon drivers)
