I’ve received my updated drivers licence 72 hours after passing, when should I expect my cpc card to arrive?

Mine took a week back in October. I gained my first card from the 35hr course so I had a paper certificate that I could show for my driving assessment and I think the card arrived that weekend ready for starting work on the Monday.
Do you have a pass certificate to show in the meantime, also it should be available online.
