Costs of variation to O licence

I am having increasing difficulty in finding the cost of an O licence variation. From what I have read so far it appears the same as an initial full licence application.

If you just want to add one truck (not interested in the increased financial standing just the cost to the TC) what is that cost? The full blown £257 or whatever for admin plus what? Anything. There is no change in the Op Centre.

I recently added 2 more trucks on my licence. Had to pay
£257 DVSA (o licence fee which I paid online)
£219 NEWSPAPER (o licence wants you to provide ad in local newspaper)

So £476 from start to finish now just waiting for approval.
