Preston Reg on a Volvo doesn’t mean a thing CG. I think most of them are leased, they are all over the country.

All vehicles are bought , not leased .
Head office is in Chester le Street so are all registered in Newcastle

Hence all the plates being NJ *****

The only exception id say is the Co-Op midlands motors based in Braunstone, the Cream livery Iveco’s run on BX**** plates, but not knowing much about co-ops set-up i don’t know wether this is a different division/part of the group.

Truckerjames, you are correct.
The midlands co-op is not owned by the co-operative group and they have there own depot down in Leicestershire somewhere . But all other depots belong to the co-operative group.

Thought so. There depot is at Braun stone Frith which is in Leicester, they have 2 depots on the industrial estate, one chilled one ambient.

If you have good attention to detail you can sort of tell they are a different enterprise to the others down to there livery which is just usually plain cream or most recently just plain white with hardly any markings, whereas the above photos posted from the likes of Andover depot etc are in co-op’s full green livery.

Always had a soft spot for co-op trucks
