My Drivers Qualification Card has the administrative expiry date, January 2023.
Do I need to complete 35 hours of Periodic CPC Training before January 2023, or will the next five year period start from January 2023?

New DQC will be issued to you a short while before the current DQC expiry date
You can do all 35 now or do all about a month before expiry or spread the 35 out from now until about a month prior to expiry date
