Completing D47P and D4 form

Hi all,
Renewing my provisional which I have held for 5 years and now due to expire. No problem completing the D47P but a bit stuck on the one of the questions on the D4. It states’ Date first licensed to drive bus or Lorry’. The question therefore does this date include my provisional or is it referring to the date when you pass your HGV which I am yet to do
