I was a class 2 driver up until 2007 when I joined the fire service. I’ve got the chance of doing some driving work on my days off. In the fire servuce I’m exempt from CPC training, so I’m guessing I will need to start doing some CPC training.
Can I work whilst gaining the CPC modules or do they all have to be completed before i start working.

As said, you must have completed the 35 hours before you can drive professionally. Options you might want to consider are upgrading to CE (Class One), HIAB, FLT, ADR. Always check with your trainer, before you commit, that the course you are taking does count towards driver cpc. Not all trainers have all courses registered so the question must be asked.
