D-O-M I think you might have to dig them out from amomgst his 14,928 posts. By clicking on his monicker, and then rooting about amongst “Users Posts”. They are all in there------somewhere. 
He.ll probably be along himself with the full info shortly, and try to flog you his book with them all in. 
He,s got bored with being unemployed,and is scouting about Africa on Google Earth, researching his next book. I think he might be calling it " This Coffee tastes like the Limpopo".

He’s not, at the moment there aren’t enough hours in the day to fit everything in, among which is working on putting together another book. 
Maybe I should do a diary of how my days currently pass.
His book is a good read, well worth getting it. I orded mine from Waterstones but you can get it on Amazon.
