I’m lead to beleive there is a book titled Coca Cola Cowboys about driving to the middle east, does anyone have any further details on this book, author etc, or know where I can pick up a copy? Thanks
heres one on ebay, with starting bid of 50 quid for a paperback
cola cowboys what a boring book, overpriced and more of travelog by the author, a much better read is juggernaut or danger-heavy goods both the same story but different titles. or even better try cofee to go, by coffeeholic.
hi,look for destination doha on ebay, good dvd for about a t.enner
get “Cola Cowboys” by Franklyn Wood from the library
watch “Destination Doha” for free on you tube
prices are sky high now as its a sought after book. in my opinion juggernaut: trucking to saudi arabia by robert hutchinson is a far better book, but again, its very expensive! (which i think is partly my fault after i advertised for it in truck and driver a few years ago!)
I had a copy of Cola Cowboys stolen last year when my house was broken into. Direct Line supplied a replacement copy - it cost £160 off Ebay
Mind you it is an absolute mint hardback copy - I should think so too.
Calv
You could also get,“Baghdad trucker” ,for a tenner, which has a lot of my M/E pics in,or wait for a couple of years for me to finish my book.
That much for a book, I read that when I was just leaving school then threw it away as it looked a bit tatty in paperback.
It just shows you not to throw junk out. How Much Crypes.
I’ve got Cola Cowboys, Juggernaut, Danger Heavy Goods & Baghdad Trucker!
Can i retire?
