I don’t know whether I’m fortunate or unfortunate but I don’t have a sense
of smell, it just disappeared several years ago when i had several “doses” of
chemotherapy, the sense of smell along with temporary hair loss and some
teeth (the teeth never grew back) the hair did, so using or buying “smellies”
for personal use is a waste of time , and should I drop one I can in all honesty
say, well I can’t smell anything, which usually gets me a slap round the ear.

You two old codgers have got it wrong, there’s nothing wrong with
“sniffing” it’s the getting caught sniffing is when the trouble begins
when I cease sniffing and looking I’ll have stopped moving as well,
one guy on here says that he can still make love at 76 well that is
good news I live at 74 so there’s not too far to walk when I have to
walk home in the rain.

You are correct Dave I’m just pleased that the missus has no interest in the
computer, just hope the young lady next door is just as available with “digs”
as well because my days of “long distance running” are long gone 74 to76 is
just about my limit, we got a new next door neighbour not long ago so will
have to have a look, haven’t seen her yet she might be a dragon.

I think my missus is above my technical rating, she’s one hell of a cook,
I’m incapable of boiling water, if I ever have to look after myself there
would be no cooking done I’m not able to, but there is a nearby chippie
and a corner shop where I could get fresh fruit, so fish n’ chips with a
bit of fruit would be substantial for me, I can butter bread and pull the
ring off a can of cider, I never needed to get married x3 I could have
have managed on my own,No’ come to think of it I’ll stay the way I am I
don’t fancy fish n’ chips for breakfast.

Theres no doubt that in my lifetime I’ll have eaten more cafe/digs
grub than I’ve ever eaten of the home cooked variety, even when
running in I’d call for my tea so I wouldn’t have to bother when I got
home, I did know the places to avoid though both for food and beds.
