I propose that with the benefit of toby toss bags wise driving god advise that we all need to be equipped with a crystal ball on the dash so as we can stop before every junction and have peek into them before driving on.

Car drivers often think “oh I can nip out in front of the big slow moving truck at the last second”. That’s without bumbling idiots that can’t see a large truck.
Having said all of that I had several cars the other day pull out in front of me from side roads.
Yes, I could clearly see what was going to happen as we as pro drivers often know what someone else is going to do before they know and had to alter my speed or brake hard to avoid them, one who did almost stall it in the middle of the road whilst doing so.
I had a chat with our driver trainer regarding these types of idiots, and he said similar we have to adapt for the idiots on the road, part of the Smiths training is to look for hazards before they start and stop them escalating and can avoid most of these situations.
It’s a vicious circle IMHO, if you’re barreling along at 40mph in decent weather then that is pretty normal but on a driving test you would be expected to adjust your speed slightly coming up to hazards like that. But we all know in reality if you slow your speed down a little to give you more time to react then people will pull out even more on you.
So it’s a no-win situation really, you really have to accept as a pro driver you have to expect everyone else on the road to be an idiot and adapt your driving to save themselves from themselves, annoying as it is the hassle of filling in insurance forms isn’t worth it for slowing down a little more and anticipating more what the turn in front is going to do.

That’s because they will re-encode it to their standards. Not for quality, but for platform/codec flexibility and storage space.
