If so has anybody used it , is it decent etc .
Have an early AM delivery to do in Middlesbrough on Tuesday and don’t fancy a night with the natives in that neck of the woods .

Traveller-central in that part of town (not allowed to say Pie-key apparently 
) , best avoided if you want to hang on to your diesel. By all accounts nearby Cannon Park used to have lots of “working girls” knocking on your door while you’re trying to get some kip, though that might be less of an issue now that most of the parking is taken up by the drive-through PCR testing station.
Last time I was down that way Puddlers Road was still operating, but make sure you get the right entrance and don’t try to park next door in J&J Ward, they don’t take kindly to unapproved parking.
