Class 1 training/do I need a medical?

Hi,

I currently hold a class 2 license with a up to date CPC and tacho.

I am doing my class 1 training next month and just wondering wether i need to do anything extra before hand?

Do I need a medical

I am 34 years old

No medical required. I think all you’ll need to show is your driving licence.

You did a medical theory and hazzard perception course to get your C licence so the answer is no.

The medical covers LGV as a whole not individual categories of LGV
It also covers PCV if you ticked the D box on the D2 form (it is free to do that)
