As title says.
I did my CPC with enterprise…had email saying there offering cheap courses now £26 .75 of any use to amyone
My god that’s desperate!
Translation “The boom has gone, but we still have DCPC trainers who need to have their time filled, or we’ll have to cut them loose…”
Anyone interested should check whether the upload fees (£8.75) are included in those prices before booking.
It covers VAT and upload fees, it is however worth noting that the website does say from £26.75 so it’s possible that some DCPC courses may cost more.
So… £26.75 minus 20% VAT = £21.40
£21.40 - £8.75 = £12.65 per candidate, per day.
Enterprise aren’t a one man operation company, so there will be standing costs and running costs to factor in. Probably nothing less than 20% minimum, but let’s conjecture a reduced figure of 10% if the online operation were ran separately from the rest of the company (though this seems highly optimistic)
we’re left with £11.39 per candidate for the Provider to pay the trainer and have some profit left over.
Truly desperate, even as a “loss leader”, make me think of this “lady”
I used Enterprise for the vast majority of my drivers training. Towards the end (as I didn’t bother renewing mine until the end of September) they were charging £85 per course. The price ramped up the nearer it got to expiry time. Then it was about the middle of September before it started to drop. Think I paid about £35 for my last one at the end of September.
