Hi all,
I’ve moved home recently and have had my licence details changed. Got the form for my digi card, but I’m struggling where to find the information on how I update the address on my CPC card 
Anyone have the answer?

You don’t have to unless you really want to. There is no requirement to have the same address on both and the renewal for the digi card, when it is due, will come to your new address as they go by the address on your licence.
If you feel you must change your address then put a cross in the little box in Section 1 b then fill in your new details and anything else required in Sections 2-4. Then post it to them without enclosing anything other than the form. Section A on the back of the form tells you were to send it. You send it to DVLA, Swansea and then choose the correct post code from the column next to the fees for whatever you are getting the replacement for, in your case 2nd row down, SA99 1ST.
Personally I wouldn’t bother and I would just wait until it is due for renewal, that’s what I did last time I moved and for 8 months my licence and digi card had different addresses and I got the renewal reminder and form through no problem top my new address.
