Evening all. Very quick question. I sat my road haulage cpc exam in September and was informed by phone in the first week of November that I had passed. My only worry is that now we are nearly in January 2017, I still haven’t received my certificate. Is this normal? Who would be the best people to contact, the training provider or the OCR?

I would firstly get in touch with your training provider. OCR will send your certificates to them and then they forward them onto you.
Certificates are sent to the Test Centre, or whoever booked the exam, about 6 weeks after the exam date.
You should definitely have it within 2 months of the exam, any reputable facility should have sent it recorded/special delivery.
