Bit of a long shot but does anyone (Culina Employees maybe) know the email address of the Chief Executive Officer of Culina Group. I know his name is Thomas van Mourik but having no luck in trying to search for his address.
Google CEO Emails, there’s a website dedicated to putting their email addresses out there, used it a few times myself

The chance of getting an e-mail to the CEO of a large corporation direct is slimmer than a marathon runners arm!
P.A. and admin will weed out anything “controversial” they don’t think the boss needs to see.

After a job ?
if you are after a job I don’t think he would even entertain you, being a CEO of a major company,if its driving your after surely it would be better to find out where their transport sections address is and contact them
No no I’m not after a job, quite content where I am!!
Its more of a complaint/suggestion after getting nowhere with the manager of the Avonmouth depot.
But you’re right about not being able to get an email directly to him. I’ll think about another way.

Tell me more i worked there for nearly 7 yrs .
Is it to suggest they put chocolate hazelnut clusters in the Custard Pud desserts instead of apple cinnamon ones? If it is I definitely agree. If it isn’t, would you mind bringing it up when you see him anyway please? And you could ask him why the custard bit is so small, it’s like half the size of the fruit/crunch corner yoghurt section.

Its no biggie really. We do regular collections from the Avonmouth depot. Its always an 8am collection and it goes back to Immingham.
I spoke to the manager last time I was there to see if Culina would consider changing their docking system. At the moment its keys back to reception and then the driver is “locked” in to the warehouse canteen. Because our loads can take up to 4 hours to complete I was getting a bit fed up of sitting on a hard plastic chair with no back after driving for 3 hours to get there and a 5 hour drive back to look forward to.
I had a civilised chat with the manager pointing out our health and safety may be considered by using a red air lock to immobilse the trailer. Apparently they had a couple of drivers pull off on a red light which is why they’ve introduced the current system. Didn’t really get anywhere with him even though I pointed out that there were other ways of immobilising the trailer without holding us captive for that amount of time.
Anyway I thought what the heck I’ve got plenty of time on my hands, why not take it a bit further? I do realise that probably nothing will change but no harm in trying.
Even if your email does get to him, he won’t be interested one iota. Once a system is in place under health and safety then nothing will shift it.

Feel for you tezza, had regular 4-5 hour tip times. They won’t change their docking procedure, as just before I left a warehouse worker had his life cut short by a container squashing his head against a bay.

You do right mate…it never hurts to ask.
Sometimes the man at the very top just loves to go down to the shop floor (so to speak) and confidently address a problem or deficiency in the company systems.
Hope you get yer email to him.
A flip flop driver spoiled it by pulling off on a red light whilst still being loaded so unfortunately he spoilt it for everyone, they have or did have wheel locks for the bay’s hanging about but they didn’t want to spend the money getting them fitted, next time your in there ask to speak to warehouse manager about it or disconnect your unit .
Can’t you drop your trailer on the bay?
