And my hgv class 1 for one year i been caught on a phone and wondering weather this will affect my class1 after 6 points because hgv under 2 years
Not in the way you’re imagining: This isn’t like getting six points within the first two years of a car licence.
However, the CU80 offence code on your licence could be an issue with a potential new employer’s insurer; increasingly CU80 is being rated as badly as a DD, DR, TT or IN offences.
Certainly for many Operators having a CU80 will put any application of yours into the reject pile.
Also, it is not impossible for you to be called to a driver conduct hearing by the TC. Assuming you’re working as a Class 1 driver right now, when your TM does the next licence check (which these days should be every three months) he/she is legally obliged to inform the TC.

I was not driving a hgv at the time of the offence i was driving a small van will that make a difference thanks.
No more difference than if you were caught drink driving in a van as opposed to a lorry unfortunately
