probably stay in port abraham services then.
reload tues morning and a steady run back up
Pont Abraham’s a dump, most of it’s shut down after 8pm there’s no shower and last two times I’ve called in, no hot water either. If you’re coming from Carmarthen, there’s a big lay-by just before the motorway with decent all-night toilets. Save your boss £25 or whatever it costs and use that. Plenty of police traffic thereabouts (Dyfed-Powys HQ is in Carmarthen) so it’s as safe as the MSA. Or if you need a shower use Swansea West.
Oh, and if you see a blue FM 6-legger curtainsider with a Moffett on the back on your travels, it’s probably me!
was that you i passed, about 10 to 8…coming up to cross hands

Tuesday morning? No, not me… was down the Gower Monday night then up to Maesteg. Only just got home tonight, our job (animal feed) going crackers at the moment. Parked up last night at Builth, did two drops up that way, back to Carmarthen then 13 drops round Haverfordwest area. Roll on Easter I’m knackered!

Do you have a long beard?
Very late for this but in case anyone is doing similar I’d go/from to Aberystwyth via Carmarthen via Pencader and Llandysul, far better than Lampeter. As Bog Vern mentioned its my back yard and live a couple of miles from Llandysul, so if you see me heading towards you on those roads one day MOVE OVER, IM COMING THROUGH!

t think you`d pick up on that little short cut near pencader, unless you had a bit of local knowledge…thanx again

Ex-bass tuba player here… long time ago in a previous army life.
Do we have the nucleus of a Trucknet Brass Band?
Sure it’s been discussed before - there’s quite a few brass players on here
