Never had the pleasure of pulling that one but did have the scania 113 for 6 month. I think im right in thinking Geordies 4 wheeler erf started its days at Bells of Ashington .

i’ve seen this picture a few times, but i cant get the reason behind it.Maybe the driver looks on this forum and explain.

Look at position 5 and 7. They’re around the other way to the norm.

I did once back a Citroen C2 on where the Black one is to get the height down a bit, then again I did see one of Paragons with a van driven on the peak and kicked up, don’t know how far he got.

Spot on Diesldogsix, he was known in Coventry as “Trader” Horn, a hard man to deal with going on from that wagon to have the largest fleet of transporters in Europe in the late 1960s, something like 170 may have been more, around 1970 bought out or taken over by James Cars who in turn were swallowed up by Tolemans.

Oh well done, that’s great!! This bodywork was still in use at Eurofleet when I started, so I guess it was from Carfax and possibly Lathams before that.
