this is a photo of Geordie Richardsons rig ,he does all the vintage runs and steam fairs in the summer,the trailer was still used till about 2003/4 i think.i remember when it had a scania 113 and then an x royal mail daf under it in regular use, i once used it for a week on contract to ANSA.i remember when Kevin Dancer(screwloose)had it at paul hodgsons zipping in and out of London all day (or was that direct car finance)anyhow it was dead quick to load ,even for a ■■■■■■■ like me

Never had the pleasure of pulling that one but did have the scania 113 for 6 month. I think im right in thinking Geordies 4 wheeler erf started its days at Bells of Ashington .

I did once back a Citroen C2 on where the Black one is to get the height down a bit, then again I did see one of Paragons with a van driven on the peak and kicked up, don’t know how far he got.

Spot on Diesldogsix, he was known in Coventry as “Trader” Horn, a hard man to deal with going on from that wagon to have the largest fleet of transporters in Europe in the late 1960s, something like 170 may have been more, around 1970 bought out or taken over by James Cars who in turn were swallowed up by Tolemans.

Oh well done, that’s great!! This bodywork was still in use at Eurofleet when I started, so I guess it was from Carfax and possibly Lathams before that.
