Car talk !.................. HA HA HA

The past two weeks as have always been amusing on Car talk (PBS radio).
Last Monday some guy who lived in Idaho complained that his 1987 Range Rover was lacking compression in the 8th cylinder :exclamation: and it wouldn’t go over 35 mph :exclamation:
“How many miles has it done ?” asked one of the Tappit Bros.
“298,000”
“When did you last check the transmission fluid ?”
“Never”
“When did you buy it ?”
“1987, … it was 5 months old”
“And you have never checked the transmission fluid !!! … how often have you changed the oil ?”
“Never” :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation:

I nearly crashed laughing :laughing:

Today some woman asks “What used cars do you recomend for delivering Wedding cakes?” :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation: … these are some very sad folk here. :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

I wonder if the money saved in servicing costs is enough to buy him a new one? 17 years of servicing would have cost him a few bucks, that’s for sure.
