No he’s not I think he is French , Im Scot and we dont have the likes of that. I actually base this on some of the things he has said, most notably in regard to his spelling of Quebec. He uses the french spelling not English

all you need to do is grab his isp number will rell you exactly where he is. It is logged everytime he comes on, then ping his server

actually just go to his info and email using a 3rd party server, you will be able to get the information from his email

once you have his ip you can ping his modem at a rate that will bounce him off ever time he is on

I could track him but he is not worth it. I have an ISP tracker somewhere on here (or is it on the old one…?) but only use it when I have to.
