Hi went to Canada In 2010 did licence conversion and took class 1 test. I came back and got my UK licence back. If I went back to Canada would I have to retake test in Canada? ■■?

not sure but did you hand over your Canadian ticket or did you tell DVLA you’ve miss placed your uk one 
Can’t answer your questiom because i didn’t know about it but now that i d,what was the test & what was it like to live & work in Canada ? I was about to call Canadian embassy tomorrow !
Here in New Brunswick you wouldn’t have to re do your test unless you NB licence has expired by more than 2 years. Other provinces may well differ as is almost always the case here.
Asked this question at the license office when I left Alberta. If you go back to Canada you just reapply and you get it back there and then. They even sent me a Canadian licence with my UK address on it.
