Hi, I have a reasonably decent understanding of regs nowadays and I think this is ok but would value a second opinion.
I work 4 on 4 off and no weekly compensation is due. My upcoming shifts…
Sun 8/11 - off (last day of 45 off)
Mon 9/11 - o/t 1815 - 0345
Tue 10/11 - o/t
Wed - shift
Thur - shift
Fri - shift
Sat - shift (finishing Sun AM)
Sun - off
Mon -off
Tue - off
Wed - o/t start around 1900
Thur - shift
Fri - shift
Sat - shift
Sun - shift
The first calendar week has no rest period at all but nowhere do I go more than 6 days without being on rest. Can the second Sunday count as reduced rest for week 1 even though it is attached to, and in the same calendar week, as Mon & Tue regular weekly rest week 2? As mentioned I suspect this is okay but because of where my shifts fall this is the first time in a few years I’ve not been 100%.

Cheers to any replies.
Going to ASSUME that the top 45 off was for the week 2/11 to 8/11 so a regular weekly rest for that week
The next week is 9/11 to 15/11 with the weekly rest for that week starting on sunday 15/11 which will be easily 45+ off so a regular weekly rest
How many hours off between sun 15/11 am to starting the shift on the following weds
With that info I can help further …

First assumption is right, should be around 80 hours off in total. Possibly a couple more. I made a mistake in the OP and have corrected it.

The fixed week for drivers starts on Monday not Sunday, the second Sunday/Monday/Tuesday will count as a reduced weekly rest period for week 1 and probably a regular weekly rest period for week 2 (assuming the rest was at-least 69 hours), you’re off on the following Sunday but don’t say how much rest you’ll be having, either way it’s legal.
Those shifts are definitely legal but exactly how it pans out can’t be said from the information given.
edit: I see you’ve changed it now and included the last Sunday as work but it’s still legal.

with 80+ hours off you can use the first 35 (or more) as a reduced weekly rest for the week 9/11 to 15/11 and the last 45 of that 80+ off as a regular weekly rest for the week 16/11 to 22/11
That means you will have -
regular for week 2/11 to 8/11
reduced for week 9/11 to 15/11
regular for week 16/11 to 22/11
