In air transport the cockpit voice recorder cannot be pulled then listened to by the company without explicit permission from the crew even after an emergency. The authorities can demand it of course after an accident or emergency incident.

London’s buses.
All others as well. But they are fitted for a benefit of driver unfortunately they have no microphones to see and hear who was the first to start swearing, driver or passenger
