I’ve been racking my old brain trying to remember the haulier- from Newport, I believe- who supplied the vehicles to H&P’s South Wales depot.
These still service the Poynton, Cheshire branch-
However, I can’t find a photo in Hall & Pickles livery!

ROF Hi , thanks for posting , all i can think of is that South Wales Commercials were the ERF distributors in Newport , cheers , cc.
They were on contract, cc. The name’s lurking in the back of my mind, but the only clue I can think of- and it just may jog someone’s memory_ is that they had a green 8-wheeler MAN on the coal convoy, although the fleet’s normal livery was another colour. Which also escapes me!
