heres a few snaps of mine …only have the blower trailer on usually couple of times a week other times its a normal bulker.
I would be interested if anyone knows who owned this trailer before us, a small plaque on the front says it was manufactured in 1992 so its getting on a bit now, still blows well though
nice truck toowise, but i don’t think the lights would last too long down some of the lanes i go down !
has that trailer got a rear steering axles , they look fixed to me . truck also looks familliar mybe i’ve seen it or one simmilar on me travels
molepower, the trailer has got a fixed rear axle makes it interesting on some drives especially the one in the last pic, place called Gladhouse near Peebles, drive is about 3/4 mile long and where I was stopped(to open gate) was the widest bit, also makes manouvering in some yards a long winded affair.
the lights on the roof do sometimes get moved, the bolts arent mega tight so if I clip a wayward branch they fall back rather than break, just use the brush with a long handle to push them back into place from the trailer catwalk
Theres a few of us with similar looking trucks as well as some blue MANs that do blower work, I was down your way last week, we deliver to a farm just outside Shepton Mallet fairly regularly (once a monthish I think), and occasionaly head on down the M5 to South Devon

keep seeing cooper buckley motors in shrewsbury so will look out for ya now
Dont bother looking tomorrow phantom i’m off to the far east, well Rutland anyway. Probably be through Shrewsbury some time this week though we have regular runs to Brecon and Cardigan as well as irregular runs to Hereford , Carmarthen and South Wales.
Any where around Shrewsbury you know thats decent for parking , I usually end up on Dobbies but the Little Chef/BK is a bit pricey and rubbish!
Shrewsbury has been rubish for parking since they got rid of the old midland yard about 15 years ago. there is parking in the town on abbey forgate with a couple of pubs that do food an indian and a few other in walking distance.
back to thread we have a new blower in the yard ready to go out may see if i can get a pic of that and the girlfriends dad runs out of lloyds animal feeds so may try there

ah i knew i’d seen those trucks before , i even got hold of a driver for a chat on the CB while following him back from the tenby area
That would have been Paul (AKA Onslow) think hes the only one of us left that still has a CB in! Keep trying to get him on here but he gets distracted as soon as he turns the laptop on
