Well, you could try driving nights like your’s truly. You could see if your gaffer would get a l.h.d. unit, so’s you can alternate different days and get evenly brown arms. You could try getting a job driving sewage sludge tanker, then if you [zb] up you might end up with an ‘all - over sun tan’ 
roll your window up about quarter of the way and rest your arm against it. UV rays cant pass through glass. I like my 1 arm tan anyway

Get a 379 Peterbilt, the cabs are so narrow you can do both arms at the same time 
I’m not a lover of sleeves, even in the winter time when it gets down in the -40s I only drive in a t-shirt (& jeans of course ) but my sister has had skin cancer & it really made me think twice about being in the sun, I don’t lay out in the sun anymore because of the risk, but never paid much attention to my arms, now summer is coming again I’m going to ask at the local window tinting place to see if there’s a UV filter that can be applied to the side windows & still have a legal transparency.
