Something i have noticed for a while i have wondered…
…Do these brightly coloured (red,green etc) seatbelts come factory fitted or is it some kind of company thing? I’m assuming it’s to see easliy if someone is wearing a seat belt or not but can the police not see that with a black one then?
company asks for nice red ones to be fitted,so on nice sunny days,the ex warehouse numpty,who after doing her transport cpc is now a transport manager,can sit by the side of the depot,and have a clear view of which drivers are not wearing seatbelts,and have them in for a telling off 
…never sits out in the rain tho?

as i was leaving fareham to go to london along the M3 on friday i was just passing eastliegh turning and noticed traffic slowing and a copper on the hard shoulder with his blues on, as i didnt have my seatbelt on i decided to put it on and he clapped and shouted well done drives as i crawled past them all.
Possibly Euro Truck Spotter from TW? He is known to be Driver friendly as long as your not breaking the law in a ■■■■ takin way, you showed that you had seen the error of your ways and knew that you were bein naughty by not wearin it , and in this day and age a gentle round of applause to mark your card leaves him free to concentrate on other matters, like the Portugese truck driven by a Brazilian Driver on a farm tractor licence off to create carnage on the M25,( oh yeah they are over here)
