If your truck is pulling to one side whilst braking (12t rigid & 3rd time it’s been asked to be looked into), would you at least expect the workshop to have the wheels off so they can have a proper look?
Guess what the workshop did…
It was fine on the drive from workshop to depot, when loaded up to max weight, n/s tyre looked a bit soft…
They’d dropped the tyre pressure by 15 psi on one side to compensate, 80 on one side 95 the other, of course they deny this, but a quick trip to ATS got the pull back to normal .

Yeah because it probably has seized caliper guide pins, tell the workshop- it really isnt rocket science!

Cheers Gembo, got it sorted. They blamed tyres, one had shoulder wear, but it hasn’t pulled since I had it turned in October and beginning of May. Got a new pair of fronts, gutting really cos truck is off-lease in July (boss might get em swappped onto another truck), still no improvement, not sure what they did but drove from ATS to workshop (2 miles) and VOR’d it in their yard and got a lift back to depot , following morning all sorted and the wheels had been off, funny how they lost the defect book .
