First of all, no I didnt. A cyclist hit the child and knocked her down and she died. He admitted he could have moved but didnt.

Secondly, I showed you a video and news story of a cyclist who knocked down a toddler and didnt stop. You claimed he had and waited on the police so dont accuse me of making stuff up. Youre the one who has form for that
