Reading an article saying there building a new tunnel silvertown . Not to far from black wall.
Once completed on 2025 both tunnels will become tolls.
The article says to ease congestion in the areas .
Not sure how making it a toll will ease congestion…

Just curious what height weight limit silvertown tunnel will have. As it’s a night mare trying to cross the river in a truck at times

Regarding a new tunnel,they were talking about a tunnel to replace the Woolwich Ferry in 1971. :open_mouth:

Still in the pipeline, I think.
