any drivers know whats happening to this i know its closed now and seems to be alot of norfolk and asda trailers parked in there but i been told that eddie stobart has bought it for a depot dunno if true. any one shed any light on this??
I know a lot of brand new Schmitz fridge trailers were parked in there, because a customer of my agency hired a load recently, and had to pick them up from there,so maybe the Asda ones you have seen are the result of a new batch awaiting collection.
I never needed to stop there anyhow,as I used to go to my Mothers when in the area, complete with truck if necessary.
A ■■■■ site cheaper, and the food was good as well.

when i used to park at birtley the mothers and there friend used to have space for 4 drivers but the neighbours got annoyed about the wagons
when it closed I heard housing was going to be built on site. I assume the development company will make money from it untill they are ready to build
