What do you consider to be the best publication to read to keep abreast of current news/compliance/law etc within the road haulage industry?

Does motor transport still do a hard copy? not had one for ages.
As a weekly read I find their website hard to use, commercial motor seem to work ok, just slowly on ,my pc.

I personally think comical motor is a load of [zb] ,I would consider buying if it was monthly instead .that Scottish one is by far the best .
Yes I have a copy of the RHA manual, I’m gradually reading it cover to cover!!
Although to be fair I haven’t yet ran across anything that I didn’t know already or isn’t common sense.
I also get the Commercial Motor weekly email.
