Not trying to come across angry etc… 
I used to have my hiab ticket, but I let it expire in August.
I looked at it as ‘the wages didn’t match the extra responsibilities’ the agencies were paying, so left driving all together and got a non driving job with less grief for the same money*…
And as for agencies…?
It’s more like ‘they’re all as bad as each other’…
*I am considering returning now due to a change in circumstances, but still won’t be renewing my hiab…
Travis Perkins are always looking, there is a high turnover of staff there but it’s a job.
