well i have just read that BC is now making OTR driving part of the permanent pnp scheme in the province…
Sounds good but the article is critical of the companies only wanting this because they can lower wages (trucknews 14/october).
before you all run to look at BC companies… they are only looking at Russia,south america,and of course india.to supply drivers…so much for the must be able to communicate(speak,understand,read )in english or french
ok,ok. some might .but most i immagine will not.
so why no communication test before going for driving test…!!

The writer did a phone interview with me about the PNP scheme, one of the BC Politicians is up in arms about it, for the reasons you quote Jimmy, bloody foreigners coming over here and taking all our jobs
