Hi John, your dead right it was on Kingfield Road.
What an awesome fleet of trucks Cracking pics, Does anyone else think that the F series Volvos look better than FH/FMs■■?
On the F versus FH there is comparison the H stands for Horribelis & we all now what the stands for in F FH.
Happy Motoring
Joe I willl put all my pics of your fleet on one.

Joe:
Has this just been restored? Looks really good!
Hello Gary, this is a great thread, being born in Baginton and living there for best part of 50 years on and off, always seeing your motors all the time, what I was thinking, with all the old photos you have and the places around Coventry, you must have gone to most of the batching plants, do you have any that might show the old Banbury Buildings place on Oxford Road , were I worked as a drivers mate in 1970/72, especially the Albion Clydesdales they used to run.
Knew i’d photographed one somewhere
Joe:
Thank you very much for posting these two photos Joe, it’s good to see Gordies lorry again. I can remember the day he had it new, he was like a dog with two tails.
