As regards the show itself not as good as previous years.
only dealer there was Ford with their vans, and a lot less stall holders
was it the cost? it has certainly increased and the age limit for children reduced to 12

was there today saw a couple of guys i recognised from way back, i thought it was a good show only bit of downside for me was not a lot of old motors which i prefer and no BRS oldies, had a chat with Lonewolf at his model stall, quite interesting.

it was a good show… but then i havent been to the others.
it was really good to meet john and keelman and quite a few others. i had a really good day and it was 20x better than uttoxexter.
all in all me and hutchie had a good day.

Had a look today saw a few ex workmates but also had a bit crack with Davy Tilson (fat one) he does the commentry on the PA known him for yrs back in the days when he worked for waughs & Robsons Of Carlisle used to do the same job when we were doing The Geordie Truck Show at Whitton Castle Hadnt seen him for a few yrs so I was pleased I went.Also spoke to an ex workmate who was showing an Ellddis moter painted in Siddle C Cooks colours, which was one of the reasons I started driving after seeing an old bullnosed scammel artic on Stanley front street I was about 10yr old & I thought I would like to do that & here I am 50yrs on & still doing it.
