Lots of armour coming back from Germany as part of the drawdown from there.
Tidworth, Catterick and Colchester are taking in some of the returning units.
Many of whoem will have armoured vehicles Warrior & Scimiter etc.
i wonder if they will repaint everything green again when it comes back or leave it in the desert colours, my lads at Bastion now and says its crazy how its shrunk since he was there 2 years ago

Most of them are green underneath the desert paint soon wears off.
My photo’s of Iraq we started with Pristine desert yellow and by the end they were half green.

When I was in the first Iraq war most equipment vehicles etc which was due to be shipped back to our barracks in Germany buried most of it all in the sand.
