This truck is now owned by Richmond, a member on here. There is plenty of info about it on here.
From what I know the high roof and tag axle were added by Mark Compton from poole. It was white at this time and spent a lot of time in his yard and along with most of his trucks was often for sale in CM.
It was eventually bought by Graham Ball who subbed for Astran and he had it redone in there colours. There is a stream of photos on Toprun of a middle east trip one of which is shown on Compton’s colours.
According to Richmond it passed through a couple more owners before he got hold of it. He has since redone it in Astran colours
I did see it around 10 years ago pulling a skelly but still in Astran colours. It was very tidy and around this time appeared at a few truck shows.
