Which tunnel?
Mont Blanc looks like there’s only one, on the French side.
Frejus looks like there’s one at each end.
But, diesel is cheaper in France. AS24, like most bunkering fuel suppliers, charge a flat rate for each separate country. Fuel in Italy is more expensive than in France, so AS24 charge more for fuel drawn in Italy.

Frejus not used since blanc was shut but as24 pumps at tunnel entrance

For blanc it the last total where you have to pull in before going upto tunnel

And as said france alot cheaper then italy

There’s one at Bonneville. Nice quiet parking and a resteraunt, Large lake with plenty of tidy birds in the summer.
