his prolonged absence and avoidance on here lately on commenting on anything political, (especially from a positive perspective,) hopefully suggests that he realises when he is beaten,.and that he knows when he has been proven wrong… after all the constant and continuous bluster and slaver.

Aggregating the responses across London, we find an average reduction of less than 3% for NO2 concentrations, and insignificant effects on O3 and PM2.5 concentrations.
