Rat67, you have passed a comment perhaps you would care to explain in simple terms who you would vote for,why and why not UKIP or perhaps your
not voting in which case you should not pass any comment.
I cast my vote over 2 weeks ago …
The last generations of immigrants will be voting UKIP in droves as well don’t forget. They too are fed up with “Jonnic come lately” jumping the queue for public services, pushing down their wages where they already work, and getting them all tarred with the same brush to boot.
I’d say a party that supports Sikhs, Muslims, Eastern Europeans, & West Indians alike AGAINST those non-working new arrivals that are white, and have only come here to claim our benefits, break our laws, and be a public menace to ALL of us is NOT racist - it’s criminalist like me. Singing from the same hymn sheet as me, I cannot but vote for them this year and next, regardless of what dross is printed about UKIP by the other parties via the gutter press.
If Cameron wants to deflate the UKIP bubble - then he only needs to have the in/out referendum right now! He’s the PM for Godssakes… If he can’t swing it when IN power, he’s not going to do that 2017 one because come next year he WON’T be in power to do it for 2017 - even if the Tories still win the most seats at the election…
“Nick won’t let me!”
IF the deputy PM job carries THAT much power, then think of what could be achieved with Farage in that job?
I want, by this time next year, for Cameron to buckle under to the Con-UKIP coalition demand to have that referendum done and dusted by the end of 2015, so that NOT doing so becomes “Nigel won’t let me kick it into the long grass”…
Rat67:
Well it certainly WON’T be [zb] UKIP. Jesus wept!
Well, I hope you aren’t a truck driver then, because when cabotage restrictions are lifted (they were due to be lifted last year but have been temporarily postponed) then the domestic transport industry will go exactly the same way as the continental transport industry, so voting for any of the pro-eu parties really would be the classic “turkey voting for Christmas” scenario.

As for the question of immigration hopefully UKIP’s present stated position is just a political move to appease the pro immigration lobby. When what the country really needs a much stronger anti immigration line than even UKIP are at present putting forward.IE why is it than immigrants can supposedly only make something of themselves by coming here to live amongst us instead of staying where they belong and building their own countries into somewhere worth living in.
The obvious reason for that is because our benefit system is much easier to obtain, our weekly wage is a lot more than they get for a months work, albeit the cost of living is a lot higher, but when 3/4 are sharing, it works out to around £50 a week, and they can still send a lot of money home. Their home markets are not doing so great, they are short of skilled labour, and with a good part of the population working throughout the EU, thats not going to change in the near future, the other thing to take into account are the wages against the cost of living in their countries so its more obvious they would want to travel here. I know for a fact of immigrants coming here. claiming child benefit, then going home once the bank account is set up with the DWP, then drawing the benefit every week, which is equal to a weeks wage over there, depending on how many kids theyre claiming for, and lets not forget that once the benefit is given, no one checks it till the kids are 16 yrs old, then they write to ask if the kid is staying on in education, and if they are then a further 2 yrs is available, providing they are in this country, and living at the same address, and thats another scandal.
Dave keeps saying we are all in it together, that immigrants are good for this country, yet they dont spend their money like we do they send the bulk of it back home, and since we opened the borders to every Tom, ■■■■ and Abdul, our doctors surgeries are full up, the hospitals are bursting at the seams, housing lists are growing, they are a burden on our resources, and Dave should spend a lot of our hard earned money on updating these lists, so that our own citizens can benefit what they have worked for all of their lives.
One last thing, when i go abroad, i carry a UHIC card, which supposed to give me the same benefits as a native, and yet time and again i and others have to pay, we have to take out health insurance, yet no one arriving here is asked to either supply health insurance, or are even asked if they have sufficient funds to provide for themselves, whilst seeking work, why is that. If we all pay into the club called Brussels, why have we not been given access to each others healthcare system as a member of that club, that pays one of the highest contributions, if not the highest, and whose accounts have never ever been signed off since it started.
A quote from someone else that says it all,
“How many more skilled Rumanian car washers do we need?”

Green Party. Embrace your inner hippy, you may even look good in a kaftan and sandals.
The highest percentage on Thursday will go to apathy. I doubt if there will be a 40% turnout at the polls. I think voting should be compulsory.
I will not be voting this time but I am of the belief that this country became great and flourished with immigration but what we don’t need is immigrants to be subsidised by the us the people who already live here and as for Nigel all the time he has been a euro mp that’s when he should have been doing something for us fight the fight from within of we are so great let’s Leed Europe not follow
The more the media bashes Nige the more votes he’s gonna get.
UKIP for me, can’t be any worse than what we have…
Yes ukip for me,even the local Pakistani shop keeper to me was playing hell about Romanians and poles that are not working and he is voting ukip.
My mate is from Poland and he says they should of put a cap on this immigration years ago because it was way too easy to just come here …
Just last week I was in hospital waiting room with the wife waiting for our baby scan and apart from the staff we were the only british folk in there, all the rest were of east European appearance,so if these people have been here for say five years and worked for 5 years they have only paid in for five years and get the same service as me for paying in for 20 years
I’m all for multi cultural society and have many east European friends where I live, and I get on well with most of the Asian community I come in to contact with but something has to give now…

I have disagree with you on that one , I think it will quite the opposite, a very big turn out, as can be seen on this and another threads that people are very, very angry with all our present arse lickers, my wife goes into hospital that day but we are putting our self’s out to make certain we vote.

The anti UKIP media (plus all worried politicians) frenzy now nearing its falling over themselves to outdo each other crescendo has been the best recruitment movement UKIP could have wished for…talk about shooting themselves in the foot, its been a joy to watch.
^ This.
Hopefully there’s many others out there like me who think that the more the LabLibDemCon etc call Farage and UKIP racists the more I want to vote for UKIP.

Carryfast your video from ukips site shows him in good light but my concern is how aggressive he is about us getting out Which I don’t think is altogether the best thing
And it is this kind of uncertainty that leads me not to vote this time
Green Party for me.
More investment in renewable energy = less reliance on Russia for gas supplies.
More investment in public transport = less cars on the road = less hassle for us truck drivers.
I personally don’t have a problem with immigration, as long as it is managed to sustainable numbers. Don’t forget, a large number of British workers emigrate to foreign climes every year, abroad and in Europe.
