if you click on you icon along side one of your posts then click on the bigger green icon that will take you to your profile page click on preferences top right and then click on emails second row. you will see a option that says
Email me when I am quoted, replied to, my @username is mentioned, or when there is new activity in my watched categories, tags or topics
change this to never or what ever you want
