Are You A Fatty?

adam277:
Smoking was a huge crux for me as well.
A lot of people who quit smoking end up eating more to try and get the same effect.

I seriously hate smoking now though… I was smoking 20 a day and I noticed the toll on my health as a result and that was only over a few years.

Don’t know where this ‘people that give up smoking gain weight’ thing comes from, my weight has gone up and down ~1 stone for years and I lost when I quit.

I never even noticed any difference after quitting either and I smoke pretty regularly for about 10 years.

It was the case for me. Everyone is different though, I let myself eat a ton of crap as a sort of reward for not smoking.

im thinish , or as everyone says there’s nothing on me , but I’m along way from healthy , feel so much better when I have a couple of weeks off and eat decent food and put on a couple of pounds

Pat Hasler:
I have a remarkable metabolism, I have remained almost the same weight and build since I was 21 years old, I am now 64.

Same here my metabolic age is 37 but I’m 52 and I’ve had a 34 inch waist for ever.
