yes, that would be correct
I thought so, but its best to check as these forms can be a little confusing

If you needed a new photo that form would not be the correct one.
See right at the top of the form where it says
Application for a digital tachograph
driver card — new photo not needed

There is nowhere on that form to attach a photo though. That’s why you cannot download and print out the form for applying for card when you do need a photo, no little clear window on the printed, downloaded card.

You must have a different D777B to the one I have then, nowhere for a photo on the one I have.
It has been sitting on my desk for maybe 5-6 months so quite possibly
You can download this form from the buzzing whirring box under your desk
That is a different code to mine, DL meaning download I suppose, I havent got a printer so the form I have will have to do.

I attached a new and legal photo for my first issue Driver Card because my licence picture runs out summer 2011. I asked to collect it from a VOSA centre.
Two days ago I received the original, old (but smiling) picture on my new Driver Card through the post whilst they’ve seemingly kept the sombrely legal (& pricey) new photograph.
I briefly considered a ranty phone call to ask for the new picture back and ask ‘are you gonna apply it when the licence is due renewal?’ But, probably due to a inferiority complex, I’m leaving it because I’m not overly keen on either civil servants or the often felt ‘attitude’ by some scary valley dwellers toward English blokes that get cheesed-off with Governmental admin systems.
That’s another reason how I know that my place is in a cab being left alone…

So it seems - though I clearly missed that nugget of wisdom hidden within the form guide & reams of DVLA (or whatever they are this week) booklet nonsense: Nor is it as if I’m overly chuffed at paying for Euro-inspired methodology to administrate the licence that I’ve already paid & proven to hold!
